Chinese Hot Pot is more than just a dish—it's a culinary experience.

Gather around a simmering pot of seasoned broth at the center of the table and enjoy the communal fun of cooking together. Guests can select a variety of ingredients, including thinly sliced meats, fresh shrimp, tofu, crisp vegetables, and hearty noodles, creating a meal that’s as interactive as it is delicious.

Complement your meal with an assortment of appetizers, like Chef Lon's fried wontons, egg rolls and Korean BBQ chicken wings.

To elevate your dining experience, we offer a curated selection of beverages, including Sake, Soju, Beer, and our signature Lychee Martinis, along with a full bar menu.

TARA'S PIZZA

Tara Hall's family owned a pizza restaurant in Arkville in the 1990's where she honed her pie-making skills. A couple of decades later, working at the Andes Hotel, she asked Derek if he would consider installing a pizza oven and the rest is history.
